In the game, we play tough guys. Between players, we show respect. These rules apply to everyone: in the game, in chat, in private messages and on the forum.
Attacking, looting, spying, declaring war on a family: that’s the game, and it’s allowed. What isn’t allowed is going after the person behind the screen.
You can tease a rival, not humiliate them.
A defeat never justifies insults or threats.
The game contains fictional references to crime and drugs: glorifying them in real life, or offering real products, is forbidden.
Everywhere in the game: city chat, family chat, private messages, forum, character names, family names and descriptions, avatars and application messages.
By signing up, you accept these rules in addition to the terms of use. Breaking them can lead to a sanction, up to closing the account.
Harassment: messaging someone who doesn’t want to talk to you, following them from room to room, turning other players against them.
Discrimination: racist, sexist, homophobic or transphobic remarks, or remarks targeting a religion, an origin or a disability.
Threats, even “as a joke”.
Explicit sexual or shocking content, and any sexual remark aimed at a minor.
Glorifying real violence, terrorism or real drugs.
The chat and the forum automatically hide insults and links. The filter is not a permission: getting around it (swapped letters, spaces…) is sanctioned just like the word itself.
Each city chat room and each forum has its own language. Write in the room’s language so everyone understands you; in private and in your family, use whatever language you like.
Article 03
Names, avatars and families
What shows on the map and in the rankings must stay acceptable for everyone.
Alliances, betrayals and wars are part of the game. But a family must not be used to harass a player outside the game, or to organise cheating (secondary accounts, arranged reinforcements…).
Article 05
Reports and sanctions
The moderation team keeps watch. You can help by reporting what goes wrong.
Think a sanction is unfair? Write calmly to the staff at the address given in the legal notice, with your character name. Arguing in public (chat, forum) or harassing a moderator only makes things worse.
Moderators are players like you: respect their work, even when you disagree.
