2. Products
The Game shop only sells digital content, delivered to the player’s account:
- Gem packs: the Game’s premium currency (speed-ups, options…). The first purchase of each pack gives double gems.
- Premium top-ups of 1, 6 or 12 months: benefits listed in the shop (extra building slots, faster marches…). They are not subscriptions: nothing renews automatically; each top-up is added to the remaining time.
Gems and Premium benefits are virtual items with no monetary value; they are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into real money (see the terms of use). Gems cannot be wagered at the casino.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, before payment is confirmed. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The Publisher may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when ordering.
4. Order and payment
Orders are placed in the Game. Payment is made on the secure page of our provider Stripe (card and other methods offered, such as PayPal). The Publisher never has access to card numbers. The order is final once payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
Content is delivered immediately to the account once payment is confirmed. If there is a problem (payment taken without delivery), write to us through the contact form with the date and amount: the content will be delivered or the payment refunded.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code (and the EU consumer rights rules), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of that right. Before each payment, the player ticks a box to request immediate delivery and waive the right of withdrawal; without it, the order cannot be placed.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
Except where the law provides otherwise (content not delivered or not as described), purchases are non-refundable. An abusive chargeback or refund may lead to the corresponding content being removed and the account being suspended.
8. Legal guarantees
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content. Any complaint can be sent through our contact form.
9. Minors
A minor may only make a purchase with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
10. Mediation and governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute with the Publisher is not resolved, consumers may use the consumer mediator free of charge: Médiateur de la consommation à désigner (nom, site web), or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
